as much as I hate race-ist cyclopaths, he has the right of way here. Light is green, bus in turn lane, oncoming traffic has right of way, the obligation to check is on the bus. With that said and done however, it's up to the cyclist to perform his own self preservation, first going between buses = asking for it, and second, blasting through a blind corner = asking for it.
