This is driving me nuts.
As i understand it, the whole brake should be FIXED on th frame, not moving, while the two arms are still able to move and tighten around the tire. BUT, in my case all of this works yet the entire break apparatus is somewhat loose, meaning it can swing to the left and right. Its held in place, no worries, but its not fixed to the frame. When i tighten it completely on the frame, the arms dont move anymore because they are squeezed together.
Is there supposed to be some leeway?
