I mean look if you ever wanted to dress like a girl and you feel like finally your parents are dead and you no longer have that monkey on your back, look at all the cool shit you can autism over, alone in front of your computer, with upgrades that you can buy with your hard earned gil:
-Twenty different kinds of bottom surgery each with its fans and detractors
-Anti-androgens of various stripes
-Exogenous hormones of various stripes
-Electrolysis, laser
-Voice training
-Voice feminization surgery
-Facial feminization surgery
-Clavicle shortening surgery
-A whole universe of online political craziness that makes linux arguments look like child's play
-Apparel, hairstyles, makeup, shoes
There's probably more that I'm not thinking of. Just planning your upgrade order could be an entire hobby unto itself. What's the first thing you want to optimize? What's less important?

Very recently transitioned mtfs have a tendency to dress oddly (including the hair) because they're having to start from nothing and figure it all out very quickly. They don't get the benefit of dressing like a retard and experimenting until they get it right, the way teenagers do, so you see adult trans women in their 30s and 40s doing some weird goth/raver/lolita thing until they settle down and decide to dress like a normal person.
