Hell, the basic process used to make Jet-fuel (with a share of diesel and gasoline as well, depending on conditions), has been used extensively in the past. You just need a Fischer-Tropsch-process. Could be fed organic waste, algae, crops or thin air (CCU+loads of electricity). Or you could reiterate it's previous large-scale utilization and feed it lignite, like the Nazis did to make to make diesel for their tanks, at scale.
All the processes are right there. Just takes a big enough customer and someone with capital to get started.
Just gotta build the factories, much like with hydrogen, except this stuff won't need all-new infrastructure and planes, if you do it right.
