Her argument was that the money would be used towards transit projects, when in reality it would've been cheaper to borrow said money via bonds. She then also implemented a hydro subsidy to hide the jacked up rates which costs the government $26 billion, and hid the debt through Ontario Power Generation. Horwath's career should've ended in 2018; Wynne thought otherwise.
