-Separately you must affirm under penalty of perjury and a bunch of other scary things that you've never seen a psychiatrist for anxiety, depression, etc, etc, etc. and that you have never used dangerous narcotics such as the marihuana
-A whole bunch of crazy bullshit with the purchasing process (and a lot of dealers won't even talk to you unless you're a cop)
-Until you've proven that you've disposed of the goods, the police can still burst into your home at any time and check if all of the above still applies
