How many calories do I burn cycling for 5 hours while pulling 45kg on a bike trailer? My bike is a shitty steel frame mountain bike with solid airless tires, the trailer has solid airless tires as well.

all that matters is the effort you put out
you could haul your trashbin around for 5 hours at baby pace and burn nothing, meanwhile someone on a 8kg bike will burn 3000kcals just by going fast as fuck

Going 10-11 mph for 5 hours assuming you arent exerting too much or too little and you are about 175 lbs then I'd say 2500-3000 Kcal assuming you don't stop more than 10 minutes every couple hours.
