It's one of the fastest growing areas in the country people are getting rich down there and the cost of living is nothing.
It was a beautiful area 25 years ago when we would take weekend trips to Eureka Springs. Now there are a number of Venture Capitalist firms, Wal-Mart, and others.
This is not even a contest, not even bringing /n/ into it. Also NW Arkansas has great cycling.
You would be able to afford a 5000 square foot 5 bedroom house for the cost of a 2 bedroom condo in portland.
