Is it important to buy a good pannier rack or is chinkshit OK?
I've noticed a lot of cheap racks that advertise this "extendable" bit online and promise ridiculous weight ratings of like 50kg or 60kg, a lot don't say how much the rack itself weighs, usually something vague like "1kg"

Generally speaking if the product description is in horrible engrish (like this one) run like hell. But for something like this that's unlikely to fail catastrophically or kill you it's a question of how much you plan on abusing it, how much money you're ok with gambling, and what the return policy is like.

fuck off rear rack is not a critical failure item if it fails it's likely to just start rubbing the tire in a non-dramatic fashion the absolute worst thing it can do is lock up your rear wheel which is still unlikely to cause a crash.
