In hindsight, COVID-19 proved this was a necessary and important change. Fuck letting your dumber half of your population in.
Passports were a pretty good filter, but ArriveCan somehow did even better. Heck, wave everyone through that fills out the app with zero issue and ban everyone that doesn't, and we'd get better results than the actual border gestapo for cheaper.
