I don't want to get rid of cars, I just want to attack the marginal person who hasn't yet committed to that lifestyle and might be bullied out of it.
Tons of kids coming of age, in major cities, that have never driven and might never drive in their lives. Just need to push a no-car identity where they can see it and maybe identify with it.
Still going to need people to drive around. Heck, my office has field agents that need to drive everywhere and literally their job would not function without a car.
