In walkable or cyvling oriented car free cities where streets are smaller as to promote walking, how do you deliver massive amounts of water to businesess? What about supplying homes in case a pipe breaks?

You can still drive delivery vans and trucks to almost every area in walkable cities, it just might only be within a certain time period, or you might need permission to do so.

Driving not being the primary method of transportation for everyone does not mean that it is impossible for necessary service vehicles.
You cannot think this either. These places exist, they aren't some delusional fantasy. They exist in the real world. In your head do they just not function whatsoever or what?

One of the best examples of a cycling/walking oriented city is Utrecht and still around 20% of trips are by car.

'Car-free' is a misnomer. A strawman. You're choosing to argue not against the actual reality, but against fringe schizos who misinterpret it.
