ive seen a couple of custom fwd bikes online but those are just novelty experiments
ive also seen a few custom 2wd bikes
there is a company that made a 2wd fatbike somone rode to the antarctic
theres also a very based japanese company called tretta that make 2wd bicycles, if they made a fatbike id buy that shit in an instant
in reality a 2wd bike would be more weight cost and complexity than its really worth as riding technique can easily compensate for rear wheel skidding and a fatbike has so much traction youd need to be doing some real fucked up shit to be struggling to get traction
id still love to have a 2wd fatbike though because i love trying to ride up the steepest stupidest shit i can for a laugh and would love to go on some kind of hardcore fatbike expedition to somwhere remote one day where 2wd would help
