>>1874486>lube derailleurHold up a second now. What's happening in your pic, is fucking nonsense. You're not going to be able to helpfully lubricate a jockey wheel without unbolting the cage. Dropping oil on it there is going to have the sole effect of attracting more dirt/grime onto them.
You lubricate your -chain- when it needs it, and you can scrape gunk off your jockey wheels poorly when you do that.
The proper service is done when you install a new chain, then you can take the derailer cage apart and properly clean/lubricate the internal parts of the jockey wheels.
Likewise for lubricating the pivots of your derailer. It's likely unnecessary and will likely only whick dirt/grime into hem.
