>>1875842I wish retard Americans could just imagine for 2 seconds, transportation that doesn't involve cars. In my small city of 30,000 people there's a road that almost fully encircles it. It would be amazing if there was a bus that went around it in either direction. It's got Walmart and a bunch of other stores along it too. I see people walking around it in the grass and the intermittent sidewalks, and it makes me sad that they have to traverse such a shitty route. I know an old lady that has to go to the doctors often, and she told me it takes several hours to go to and from the doctors office because there's a city bus for disabled and poor people that only comes around every 2 hours. And it's only a 10 minute drive to and from by car. I guess what I'm getting at is that we don't need to be cramped in a city with 3 million other people just to have decent methods of transport for those who don't want to or can't drive.
