Does your city have noise pollution from badly placed airport runways and planes flying over the city?
Warsaw it's alright, it affects exurbs a lot more

You don't "place" an airport. Most airports were built on the outskirts of their respective cities (as were most train stations when it was new), mostly because it was cheaper than evicting homeowners for both the airport itself and the supporting infrastructure. Population growth and sub-optimal housing development are to blame for airports being too close to densely populated areas.

Sometimes it's just inevitable and you've got to deal with the noise of finance the relocation of the airport.

We have asshole military helicopters flying extremely low nearly every fucking night apparently doing drills and moving bases lately. They're sometimes low enough to where your whole house will rumble and it looks like your windows will blow out from the rattling. This wasn't a problem at all up until a few years ago and now they even do it in the dead hours of the night when people are already asleep. Everyone's getting so fed up that incidents of the pilots getting laser'd are on the rise.
