if it doesnt have a quick release lever on the seat clamp buy a cheap one on ebay amazon or if you really wanna save money aliexpress being able to adjust seat height without a tool is essential for comfort
get a cheap little triangle frame bag for carrying a spare tube and snacks
take off reflectors they suck and will break and leave shards of plastic on the ground
if your gonna ride in the dark get some lights and keep them in the frame bag when not in use
get a bike lock if you intend to leave the bike out of site for even 10 seconds outside
