Should I save money for my first road bike ever, the triban RC520, maybe buy some SPD too, a helmet, dank sunglasses

Or

Just buy the Rockrider St 530 and just call it a day?

Depends on needs.

I've been riding on a rockrider in the city (lots of cobblestone and paved stone roads) for over four years now, it's been good.
For actual trailriding? Save up for something good.

I don't even do off-road.
All I do I hop on my bike and grind kilometres. I already busted a city bike doing a half randonee (100km, mix between asphalt and unpaved roads)

Buy any sub 150 bucks used bike with a brand on it that is 100% working and with new tires.

There is no reason in this word to buy a new bike if you don't have specific needs.

MTB SPD clips are bearable with some tipe of shoes that stop the clip from touching the ground if walking normally.

Road clipless is only for racing and recreational pourpose due to the massive clip size on the shoe.

nah you just carry other shoes in a pannier and change them as soon as you get off the bike. Lots of people commute like that.

you want to ride on road buy a purpose built road bike. And you don't need SPDs to ride road. I've ridden road for decades in pin flats due to personal preference.
