Are there any rain solutions that protect the rider instead of the cargo / baby? I'm not a pussy but I'm tired of getting soaked in -3c temperatures

full fenders keep road spray off your feet and legs and the bike. raincape keeps rain off you and the bike. its open bottom lets air circulate better than closed rain gear and you don't overheat (or not nearly as much)
