Nah.
The kinetic energy needed to move goes up exponentially with speed.
At the same mass, it takes 2x as much energy to go from 30mph to 40mph, and 4x as much to go from 30mph to 60mph.
It's cheaper to just buy a bit more and have an inventory to tide the business over between the slower deliveries.

First, you'll need to specify whether this refers to operating freight trains at high speeds, or constructing/operating HSR corridors assuming they'll be used by mixed traffic, i.e. freight trains as well as passenger trains.

There used to be TGV in postal service, but demand dropped and they were scrapped in 2015.
Similarly, fast (160 km/h) freight trains as tried in germany twenty or so years ago weren't that great as they caused too much disruption all over the network for how little they payed.
