We always cry about how there is no cycling infrastructure to exercise our little hobby.
But should we? After all we don't pay for the infrastructure we expect like car owners do.
We should contribute more and pay bike lane taxes.
We should also acknowledge how many of us are reckless.
Therefore it should be mandatory to have registration, bike plate and insurance.
