Been there, drove it all. One decent size street, a few stubs.

Its adjacent to some ghetto ass projects, "youths" walking in and out. Plus it's near Sacramento, so deduct a few points from what you may hear.

Worth taking a spin through, though. Lot of planes in the yards...and a publicly accessible air-park is rare.
