Oh they're replacing them but obviously with low floor versions, mostly imported from Russia, although I think European second hands would be a fine addition.
Air quality is bad enough already without adding more diesel buses.

We have one trolleybus line, and they converted it to hybrid trolleybus (means it has stretches without wires), and instead of expanding it they bought shitload of battery buses and plan to discontinue the trolleybus for good once the vehicles reach the end of their useful life. Fucking cunts. Worst part is how they pat themselves on the back over this shite.
