>>1890338Yes, they were very obviously too wide. The tubes that i had previously look like 19-23mm tubes, but I am not sure since they have no markings or anything. The thing that bothers me is that the measured size between a 622 tube and the tube I pulled out was actually there. I have no way of knowing if it just stretched or what, but I doubt it. It's just weird to me. But it's an old standard so it's to be expected.
I will just end up running a 700c tube if the ones I ordered are not actually 630 iso. That was the only size they had listed on the ad, and they were cheap anyway.
I had considered buying some Paselas since I feel like those are going to be closer to the advertised measurement rather than the CST (Chink Shit Tire) ones I currently have. Not only that, the ones I have now are just so insanely hard to mount since they are a little dry, I ended up snapping one of my Pedro's levers. I don't remember ever mounting a wire bead tire this size, nor do I ever remember anything being such a nightmare unless it was something like a 23mm tire, folding or not..
