Since the advent of the electric cripple bikes I have gotten more confident leaving more expensive bikes locked up somewhere. I imagine they don't even know or want them anymore. There is not many negros in my area anyways so it's never been a problem. Yet I've once seen a man quick release his wheels and lock up both wheels and the frame on a good lock. Took him a minute. The negro will not choose his bike.
