This isn’t a street, but it also isn’t a road. This is a stroad. It wants the best of both worlds and ends up giving us the worst of both. It’s become a meme online mocking the barren car dependent strips of box stores that can be found in virtually any American town. We need to build streets and roads, not stroads.
