Why shouldn't bicycle riders have to pay for insurance, registration, and pay a use tax on the roads like everybody else? They take up space, ask for stupid shit like extra lanes just for them, and are generally an annoyance to everybody else on the roads.
I'll keep writing my congressman demanding that bike riders should be forced to pay registration and insurance.
