Hypothetically, if I bought a car from the dealership with a bank loan and I moved with my car from Canada to Poland, would anything happen if I just stopped paying the bank? The title of the car is in my name and it’s been registered in Poland for a year now

What if I sold the car to someone else in Poland and never paid off the rest of the payments?
I haven’t read many cases where they’ve pursued people due to high legal fees and such but sure would be cool to have one over the long nose tribe banks
