i feel completely blackpilled when it comes to hope for amazing public transportation in the united states like in japan or spain. everything is fucking dirty and the people can’t even do the literal bare minimum when it comes to basic respect on buses, trains, etc. i feel like in order to come to the standards set in other countries we probably have to almost completely change the way people view public transportation and i don’t see how it’s possible to do that.
