I just moved back to my home state and am car-less so imma try biking it exclusively.
I'm in Florida were it is nice and flat, we do get the occasional rain as well.
I'd be using it to get to my work at the hospital about 1.2 miles from my house and getting to the grocery store about 1.3 miles from my house. It will be 100% road/sidewalk biking.

All I cares about is that the maintenance is super duper minimal, I can roll it into my apartment on the 1st floor, and it can handle my frame.

I'm 5'8, 190 pounds, and my zip code is 34236. I want to stay in the $150 range but could go up or down for something nice.
