help I want a pretty bike and I wanna make one on as tight a budget as I can. I'm Dutch so that should be easy but I'm not that experienced with modifying bicycles, only fixing them. How much time and money would it take to buy some old dilapidated shitbike, get it riding properly, clean it up, and make it look vaguely like picrel? Mostly just chrome, leather, and lower handlebars I reckon. Ignore the saddle bags.
