New rules to save our planet, our roads, our towns, our cities and our souls.
>No car journeys under 3 miles A-B or 5 mile round trip.
>No single occupant cars on the road during rush hour. (Mon to Fri 8:00 - 10:00 am and 16:00 - 18:00 pm)
>3 strikes and you're out - Any three breaches of any driving related law (speeding, DUI, Single occupant during rush hour etc) = life ban from owning or driving a car.
Makes perfect sense, would cost nothing to implement and the benefits would improve the life of EVERYBODY including cagers who would be forced to actually spend time in the fresh air for shorter journeys, and the enforced car sharing would slash the cost of commutes.
