I work from home or ride my bike to work when I'm in the mood, or sometimes take mass transit to catch up on my NPR-affiliated podcasts
My HO-6 policy is about $1200 a year, this does not cover repairs but so far I haven't had to spend much on that stuff
I pay for road maintenance through my taxable income, I assume
I like my gas stove, I prefer cooking with flames, and you're just going to have to deal with it. I would like for my building to adopt solar and reduce our reliance on oil but to be honest I don't have the energy to get involved in board politics
The paved surfaces make my bike tires roll faster
I'm content with how things are, sorry you aren't (not really though, actually I hope you suffer)
