You're quite simply banned from entering a bus if you have bicycle or e-scooter.
The result, as you can imagine, is our buses drive around empty during 95% of the day. (either empty or sign 1-3 passengers max)
And that has disastrous consequences for the environment.
These bus drivers have turned into leeches who wouldn't be able to survive without government subsidies, thanks to their hostility to their own customers.
And this shit is personal.
The customer will remember the grudge forever when his e-scooter is low on battery and he needs some help, but you bar him from entering the bus, just because. It's another contribution towards your empty buses.

Those are their only customer base forever.
