What's your worst airline experience? Mine:

>Flying round trip to visit family and friends in California
>Flying American
>Flight into Sacramento, first leg is San Antonio to DFW
>Goes fine, next leg is DFW to Phoenix
>Goes fine, next leg is Phoenix to Sacramento
>Sit at gate in Phoenix for 45 minutes
>Everyone told to get off plane, ground crew can't repair lavatory
>Waiting for another plane
>Waiting
>3 hours later, we get a plane and fly to Sacramento
>Arrive after midnight, but rental car is closed, have to get Uber to hotel and re-rent in morning
>Several days later, return flight
>Sacramento to Dallas
>Sit at gate for over 2 hours
>Passengers angry
>Pilots angry
>Retarded ground crew forgot to service the plane overnight, so we are forced to wait as they work on it, then the pilot has to circulate oil and idle for awhile
>Finally push back, won't make my connection
>Get to DFW
>Wait in line for an hour
>Get told I'll have to wait on standby until an opening is found
>Five hours later
>Get fed up and vent at customer service
>They say they have an opening on a flight from DFW to Phoenix and then Phoenix to San Antonio
>Tell some dude who looks like Borat that I'm not flying to fucking phoenix just to take another flight to San Antonio
>I got work in the morning
>Fuck it, give me my luggage
>Rent car, make 5 hour drive to San Antonio
>Never fly American again
>Check email a few days later
>See $50 voucher from American
>Nope
