It's what is called an "incidental finding" that doesn't indicate anything. Best thing you can do is to stretch and strengthen your lower back and abdominal muscles. Don't think that just because some faggot doctor told you a certain diagnosis it's the last word.
I'm a fan of ebikes myself. If you can't lift them, pick up one wheel at a time (like doing a wheelie). Or improvise and build a ramp. I imagine that's how people get ebikes weighing 80 to 100 lbs up on bike racks, or motorcycles, for that matter.
