Eh, I live 30+ miles from a lumberyard that trains are pulling out.. my town has a RR crossing... Usually they toot the horns while approaching and that's it.
Well this conductor has been on the horn from miles before he approached, to he is still on his horns many miles away.

What's up with that? Happening in bound?
