A nitto technomic or nitto dirt drop
If you go up 5-10cm that will make a pretty major difference
Very tall old stems exist too (ie, cheap out of a parts bin), but they're more common in 25.4 than your probably 26mm bars. So it may make sense to get 25.4 drop bars. Those are quite common.
You would also prefer bars with flatter/shorter ramps anyway. Those ones you have now are fairly aggressive.
If you go swept bars you're gonna need fancy moustache bars to keep your bar-ends or brake levers. The vast majority of swept bars have mtb control standards and won't fit either.
It's kinda complicated because moustache bars with road controls are still fairly aggressive so I would recommend mtb brake levers in which case you'll also need different shifters. Swept bars are great for cruising but I find them uncomfortably cramped for any real riding especially up hills.
mtb style risers might make more sense even if you really dont like drop bars.
