I tried rotating my tires under an overpass, and skipped a few dif spots cuase cops were chilling there, then i foudn one shaded area with no police and got to work and they showed up within minutes. i couldnt get my wheel off so i was wrapping up the job anyways before they had a chance to try and give me the boot. when he was done talking to me, he starts harassing a pile of garbage with a homeless man hidden underneath.
huge empty space under the overpass, but they gotta give the homeless the boot and kick them out into the hot sunny sidewalks/parkinglots
