>>1929306jesus dem welds be phattt
>>1929324a spritz of wd40 should shut it up real quick
>>1929399just practice with it. there's no way to tell you the right amount of pressure to apply to the front over the internet, you just have to develop a feel for how hard you're breaking & how much you need to shift your weight to compensate
>>1929464maybe, but probably not.
if we're talking road bikes then you can probably vary by 1 cm on frame size one way or the other, but more than that things will probably start to get fucky.
anecdotally I'm 6'2" // 33"inseam and could comfortably ride either a 58cm or 60cm frame (so I'm probably truly like a 59). I prefer 58s both aesthetically and practically, but if you tried to cram me onto a 56 or smaller there's no amount of hardware on the market that could make it work for me
>>1929487yes, but not exactly. if you exceed the standards too much it can start to throw off your relative proportions when it comes to your body geometry & the bike, as well as how it operates, that's why they make different frame sizes, instead of just adjusting everything with longer parts. for example, if you have to really elongate your stem to compensate, the distance from the center of your handlebars to the rotational axis of the steer tube will make the steering 'sloshy' and imbalanced.
