I don't like the abuse of concrete, I don't like those lopsided shapes like those wooden roofs on the left and right of the pic. The buildings in the back are also horrible, they look like human anthills.

I guess I just prefer the symmetry, hierarchical arrangement of space, defined gardens and entropic ornamentation of the furnishings of 19th century public urbanism and park design.

It's funny they're doing this. They look at a place like London and go oh okay, I see why the rich live in big and awesome cities. But it does price even the middle and upper-middle class out. I am well off and already own properties but can still sense the slow rise in the cost of living. Would suck even more if you were not wealthy.
