I need a way to make a normal bicycle head tube vertical without cutting the frame. Any ideas? I'm looking for some kind of simple attachment or diy job to change the head tube angle to vertical

I don't get the reason for the adjustable geo, but what I'm really trying to figure out is what's going on with the drive from the left side of the wheel and what it has to do with the connection to the stem

to -fix- it, there is an actual tool, pic rel, though it's very rare.
Most people just put a big pipe in the head tube and bend it without the extra bit. You can do that in reverse.

You should also ask around. I bet a tonne of bike nerds have a very nice frame which is bent and kill like this that they can't quite bring themselves to throw away. I have one lol. I'd give it to you.

I've looked into this before and I've seen some people do it by putting a shorter fork on the front and then raking it out really far.

Vertical head tube is going to give your some fucked handling though, i suspect
