how does /n/ think 'weak' people (like drunk people or the eldrely) should move around in car-free districts ? on paper I like the idea of "taxi bikes" or whatever you call those but they always look so cringe and unappealing, and besides tourists I feel like nobody uses them (even less at a regular basis)
can these be improved ? how do we fix/replace those ?
