Bond movie:
A T-55 is 40 short tons (st = 2000 lb.).
The locomotive was a British Class 20, 80 short tons with 2 coaches probably about 50 short tons each. So 40 vs 180.
Modern stuff:
An M-1 Abrams, depending on the model, weighs 60-74 short tons
The average mainline US freight locomotive is about 200 short tons. Even a yard locomotive is probably 124 short tons.
M-1 gets outclassed.
