>>1953613>Only someone extremely butthurt makes lies like this up.I'm butthurt because hex screw turned into circle screw, and I'm not strong, nor circle screws work. And you can't get to it with grinder, so you have to drill it out, and even though it is made out of shit steel, but it is still non the less, so drilling it out would be kinda annoying since all my drill bits are junk. Welding to it also won't work because of surrounding aluminium and I'm afraid to anneal it.
Hex wrench I used did fit well, and it is short so I couldn't have applied that much torque.
Quality hex screws don't do this, and what was surprising, this scooter has those 10.9 class screws in some parts, but it is kinda retarded because that part experiences no load what so ever, while heavily loaded folding bolt/axle was made out of rice.
And this was on all scooters. No exception.
E-TWOW back in 2016? Really shitty screws. I think I replaced them all with hardware store ones.
Ninebot ESx - less shitty screws, I might even call them acceptable, but still, I did manage to strip couple of them.
Shengte (cost reduced speedway 3 mini from same manufacturer) - some screws are just as awful as in E-TWOW.
>bicycleI've not used a bicycle in 15 or so years.
Dunno. I don't understand chinks. Why the fuck they save money on shit that barely costs anything, yet improves quality tenfold?
Like bolts of higher grade (E-TWOW, Shengte, and I bet my ass bunch more)
Or BMS with balancing instead of BMS without balancing (2016 E-TWOW didn't have balancing, so its li-po batteries did a fucking spicy pillow too early, Shengte didn't have balancing either and overall battery was of awful quality)
Or idk, just lack of fuse in the batteries (I have to give credit where it is due, E-TWOW and Ninebot do have fuses in the batteries... Shengte with thier SINC power battery decided that its bloat)
