Bostons cool, but its too full with drivers from the subarbs who have to wait for the perfect opening to pull into traffic.

Just hit the fucking gas; the next car doesnt have to be 100 yards away. then they honk at you when you go around them at a stop sign. You cant pull into traffic, im not to worried about your horn rage.

you have to be in complete awe of NYC's resliency. the coof was a katrina-level event for basically every city in america except NYC, which is now back and stronger than its been since probably the early-aughts.

every other big city is fucked.

Are they not doing that? I thought Chicago had the fastest growing downtown in the country. Though I wouldn't want to live in a downtown, I'd much rather live in a neighborhood like Lincoln Park.

I honestly think any American city will do fine as long as they keep building upmarket housing. Sunbelt cities are growing a lot because they embrace new development whereas heritage cities like NYC, SF, Chicago are very hostile to new development. SF especially.
