My budget is maybe $50 to buy a 1 time use offroad bike to get me about 10mi on rough, gravel roads. Don't ask why. Ditching the bike after.

If it's a one time thing, you could just walk it. The occasional 10 mile hike isn't that bad. Would save you fifty bucks. It'll take you a bit longer but I'm assuming since you have the time to plan it out you're not in a hurry.
