I bought this beauty from a kid who bought and built it himself last year and then never rode it. I noticed that the brakes feel a bit soft and figured it would be a good idea to go over the entire bike to see if everything is done correctly. Thing is, this is my first fully and I have no idea what to look for.
In what order would you do what?
