I got this front bake on my bike (Shimano Deore BR-M6100) but it is loose like hell. I checked the brake pads but there is still more than enough resin on them.

What other steps should I do to fix it.

Remove wheel, pump lever a little bit until pads almost touching, push them apart just enough for the disc to fit in with a plastic tyre lever. Refit wheel.

The brake handle just goes all the way without moving the brake pads

Hydraulic disk brake levers have a very late engagement point. If your brakes lock up whole the lever has about an inch of space to your grip, it works as intended.

After you bleed there is a screw adjustment on the handle so you can adjust tension to your preference.
