Passive: four people in a car, I sat in the back seat and a drunk driver T-boned us on an intersection. In our car only light shocks and a bit of pain but the drunk dude was bleeding and after blowing into the pipe and they found out he drunk, he got roughed up by the cops pretty badly. Wouldn't care if they killed him on the spot...

After coming to a halt the driver called via intercom that we had an accident and that emergency services arrive shortly. They put a wall behind the train and then let us out asking not to look.
